Alhamdulillah I have been to EUROPE before when I was studied in UK (7 years ago) - memang best sangat2!!! Masa pergi dulu, I follow Kelana Convoy "16 Days Conquest of Europe" ( http://www.kelanaconvoy.co.uk/index.htm ) which cost me approximately 452 pound sterling - Small Price Big Tour Coverage..Maklumlah student. Mana mampu nak travel mewah2 sangat. Jadi kene la pergi backpacking ikut student/ budget package yang Kelana Convoy offer. A great experience I must say. Tak semua orang boleh buat kan. But I did it with my close friends.   Approximately 6800 runners registered this year (and i was one them) as compared to last year with 5000 participants. But higher number of participants have caused congestion since there was only one small lane to enter the Stadium for the flag-off and people were climbing up the gates when the queue was terribly bad. Resulted that many runners especially 10km runners were very late when crossing the starting line. More entrances should be open for runners to enter to the stadium to avoid congestion in the future.   Nevertheless, it was a well organized event; the flag-off and finish line was inside the stadium, as it was brighter and more spacious. On top of that, the food e.g. kaya bun, tau fu fa, red bean, water melon, milo etc were ready for runners, supporter and family members without having to show any coupon. First of all, awien nak tanye, siapa yang tak kenal Juara MasterChef Malaysia, Ezani??? Of course semua orang kenal kan. Awien memang follow masterchef malaysia program and memang suke tengok Ezani ni memasak in that program. She's really humble and cool. Memang sangat kagum dengan Ezani ni sebab she's a doctor and yet she can cook all of that. All this while, i already knew that Ezani is my sister in law's close friend because both of them went to STF together. Memang selalu la dengar cerita pasal Ezani ni from my sis in law. Haritu masa my younger brother's wedding reception, Ezani cant make it coz terikat dengan final episode for Masterchef Malaysia. But few days ago, i just found out that Ezani's dad; MD Monoto is my parents close friend too masa zaman study in US. Akhirnya tercapai jugak hasrat i nak tengok i-City secara live. Sebelum ni asyik dengar cerita daripada kawan-kawan atau dari internet je. Malam semalam, I akhirnya berjaya juga menjejakkan kaki ke i-City bersama kawan-kawan, Nynna, Sya and Pija. Tapi yang tak bestnye, Nynna tertinggal her iphone whereas myself pulak terlupa nak charge camera (battery camera memang kong, tak boleh on langsung). We only realized it during our quick pitsop at Petronas for Maghrib prayer. Frust sangat-sangat. Kalau nak patah balik pon, dah tak berbaloi sebab memang dah nak sampai i-City. Haish, terpaksala berharap pada camera phone Pija to capture all the memorable moments since her camera phone is 5.0 megapixel. We reached i-City around 8pm ish. Luckily we managed to park at the closer car park (covered car park tau..hehe)..So tak perlu jalan jauh with our jackets.. First impression about this place was very pretty and very colorful.
