CONQUEST OF EUROPE ~ NAK PERGI LAGI :) (Part 2)

After a short boat ride* from the campsite, we reached the island of Venice. We have a full day to explore this magical city, which includes such famous landmarks as St. Marks Square and Cathedral, the Doges Palace and Bridges of Sighs.

Then we explore the markets around the Rialto Bridge for souvenirs such as Murano glasses and crystals, Venetian mask and lace.

We enjoyed Gondola ride through the canals for the spectacular view of Academia bridge and Rialto bridge.


Then we went to our campsite :)



On the next day, we continue our journey south towards campsite near Rome. This all-in-one incredible city enables us to step back in time of the ancient Romans, the Renaissance era and the establishment of Roman Catholic. We were able to see the remains of ancient Rome in the Roman Forum, we visited the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. We also discovered the secrets of the Vatican city and the Sistine Chapel. The whole day is free for us to explore the city of Rome and the small independent Catholic country within rome, The Vatican.

We started travelling north heading towards our campsite near Pisa. From the campsite, we were shown the way to Campo di Miracoli. To the people of Pisa, Campo di Miracoli is the most beautiful square in the world! We were able to see the grandeur or Italian Marble used to build The leaning tower of Pisa, The Baptistary and the Cathedral. Around the square, we found many souvenir stalls as well as Italian restaurants

 Our journey continued to Swiss Alps region. Our campsite was situated in a valley in between gigantic snow-cap mountains with waterfalls - Lauterbrunnen. We have a full day to explore the mountains. We took the cog railway up into the mountains to the summit of the Jungfrau Mountain (3454m), a scenic journey taking about 2 hours. Whilst at the summit beside the incredible views, we explored the ice palace, and we tried skiing as well as we enjoyed a dog sledge ride.

My review: Watak Mazni yang dipegang oleh Erra Fazira betul-betul sesuai dengan perwatakan Erra yang lemah lembut, tapi masih berhati cekal untuk mencapai cita-cita walaupun terdapat pelbagai halangan dan dugaan . Penghayatan Erra dalam menjiwai semangat Mazni benar-benar mengagumkan. Lakonan Erra cukup berkesan especially bile bermain dengan emosi dan juga part2 airmata.  Hats off to Erra! Umie Aida sangat cemerlang sebagai ibu Aaron. Alhamdulillah Liyana Jasmay  telah pun sah  bergelar isteri kepada ahli perniagaan Fathuddin Mazlan pada 2 February 2013 dengan dua kali lafaz. Majlis pernikahan berlangsung di  Hotel Seri Pasific,  dihadiri oleh kaum keluarga dan rakan rapat kedua-dua belah pihak pengantin. LJ di Majlis Pernikahan...sweet  and lovely :) p/s: Wedding dress rekaan Jovian Mandagie k Pada sebelah malamnya pula berlangsung majlis resepsi sebelah pengantin perempuan i.e. Liyana Jasmay bertempat di Dewan Merdeka, PWTC. Hitam dan putih menjadi pilihan pengantin sebagai warna tema untuk majlis resepsi mereka. EURO2012

I am pretty sure that most of us are aware about UEFA European Football Championship 2012 or commonly known as Euro 2012 which is held in this month hosted by Poland and Ukraine. There is only one more match left tomorrow morning before the final match. Of course,I will watch tomorrow's match between Germany and Italy. Who will go to final between this two??? will it be Germany since the team is very consistent throughtout the tournament? Or Will it be Italy, based on historical record whereby Germany always lost to Italy? Will see. I'm not supporting either Germany or Italy though. My favourite team is Spain!!!!!!! And yes, they are marching to the Final match. I' m so happy they did it once again. I really hope that they will win this tournament so that they will be the first team to have won 3 trophys in a row: euro2008, world cup 2010 and euro 2012.
